  1. I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
  2. Click the "login" link found in the header at the top of the page. Click "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions provided.

  3. How do I register an account?
  4. To register an account, click the register link located in the header on the top right of the webpage.

  5. What is the news feed?
  6. The news feed is where updates will appear from the artists you are following.

  7. Where do I find friend requests?
  8. Friend requests can be found in the notifaction center, you can find this by clicking the "notification center" link located directly to the right of your name on your profile page.

  9. How do I turn off email notifications?
  10. You can find these settings by clicking the "edit email settings" button in the notification center, or simply by clicking here
  11. How do I edit my information?
  12. You can edit your information by clicking the "Edit Info" link found directly right of your name on your profile page.

  13. How do I change the URL link of my profile?
  14. Change the URL profile link by clicking the "Edit URL" link in the Edit Info tab.

  15. How do I change my email or password?
  16. Changed these can be found in the edit information tab.

  17. How do I delete my account?
  18. You can delete your account by browsing to your profile, clicking the "Edit Info" button, and scrolling to the bottom of the page. Any artists that you are the only administrator of, will be permanently deleted, as well as any songs uploaded to that artist.

  19. Can I recover my account after deleting it?
  20. You can recover your account by simply logging into it, your deleted artist pages and songs will not be recoverable.


Artist

  1. How do I sell music?
  2. TuneHub allows the ability to sell your music, please follow these instructions.

  3. How do I review my sales history?
  4. Once you have had a sale, a link to your sales history appears on the header of your artist profile page.

  5. How do I create an artist page?
  6. Directly below your profile picture on your profile, click the link "Create Artist Page".

  7. How do I create an album?
  8. Directly below your profile picture on your artist page, click the link "Create Album".

  9. I am making an album, what is a song placeholder?
  10. A song placeholder takes the place of a song on your album that is not uploaded to TuneHub.

  11. An artist name is a trademark I own.
  12. Please use the "Report" button located below the artists profile picture. Click "Infringes my Rights (Legal)" and report the artist.

  13. An artist on the website is my property and being used without my legal permission
  14. Please use the "Report" button located below the artists profile picture. Click "Infringes my Rights (Legal)" and report the artist.

  15. How do I delete my artist page?
  16. You can delete your artist page by browsing the the artists profile. Click the "Edit Info" button and scroll to the bottom of the page. This option is only viewable for the creator, if the creator has deleted their account, it will be viewable to remaining administrators. This is permanent and cannot be recovered, the artists songs will also be permanently deleted.


Audio

  1. The song I am listening to is not the property of the uploader.
  2. Please report songs that are not the property of the uploader. Reports can be filed by clicking the report flag below the volume bar on the songs page.

  3. I have a legal issue with a song.
  4. Please report songs that you have a legal issue with. Reports can be filed by clicking the report flag below the volume bar on the songs page.

  5. Why does the audio file have to be an mp3 (.mp3)?
  6. Due to limitations of HTML5 and multi-browser support, the only file format that can be utilized on all browsers is the mp3 format (.mp3).

  7. My Audio file is not an mp3, what should I do?
  8. There are many file converters for audio files for both Windows and Mac machines. We would recommend utilizing one of these to convert your media to mp3 (.mp3).

  9. The song I am listening to is offensive to me.
  10. Please report songs that are offensive. Reports can be filed by clicking the report flag below the volume bar on the songs page.

  11. The song page I am on has is spam.
  12. Please report song pages that are spam. Reports can be filed by clicking the report flag below the volume bar on the songs page.

  13. I am using Google Chrome Browser and the music is not playing, why is this?
  14. There is an issue with Chrome's HTML5 audio player that results in some random mp3s being unable to be played. This issue can be fixed by installing Adobe Flash, TuneHub will automatically use the Flash player to run the audio instead of HTML5.
